Please allow 5-7 days to produce your product.

Pumayana products ship from either USA, China or Europe.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple products it may be that your order will ship from 2 different places.

Shipping Times
After production time your shipping time should not exceed 7-14 days.

Please be patient with your delivery, we are not in control of international shipping issues.

Taxes and Duties
