Physical Products

Physical products such as prints, posters, or tapestries are made to order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products

Digital products such as music albums, ebooks, downloads, wallpapers, or activations are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
