Because we produce to order we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless a product arrives to you in a damaged condition.

At this time Pumayana does not charge sales tax.

Whether you created an account or you checked out as a guest as soon as your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery of your order.

If you live in USA your order will arrive 1-3 days after production, so allow 6 -10 days all up.
If you live in Canada or Mexico typically your order will arrive 5-10 days after production.
If you live outside of those regions your order typically will take 7-14 days after production, so allow 3 weeks all up.
Your shipping options will vary based on the items you intend to purchase and your destination. At this time, we offer standard shipping through USPS.
USPS Priority Mail is offered for orders greater than USD $150 within the 48 United States.
Free International Shipping is offered on items greater than USD $250.
Please note Yoga Mats and Stretched Canvas are excluded from the free shipping threshold due to their size and weight.
Unfortunately due to the size and weight of these products we are not in a position to deliver these products internationally. However you can order Cushion Covers instead.
Pumayana does not cover any import fees or taxes for international orders. Thus, your order may be subject to such depending on your county's import regulations. Pumayana is not responsible for any duties / taxes applied to your shipment. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
Unfortunately due to the size and weight of these products we are not in a position to deliver these products outside of these regions. However you can order Rolled Canvas instead.

Our clothing has undergone an extensive development phase to ensure that we offer unique cuts that are constructed properly and fit well. Starting from scratch with each design, our team takes great pride in addressing every detail throughout the entire process.
Every garment is created through a unique process we have developed to print, cut and sew on high performance fabrics created from recycled plastic bottles.
Both our men’s and women’s sizes are designed to be standard or “true to size”.
While we offer a variety of fits and cuts, the sizing is intended to be what you would usually wear.
If you prefer the garment to fit looser, we recommend you size up.
Please refer to the sizing charts for exact measurements.
For sustainability reasons, we recommend that you wash your Pumayana garments in a Guppy Friend on cold gentle cycle and hang dry.
However, we have thoroughly tested our products to ensure that they will be unaffected by any wash or dry cycle. If using a dryer, we recommend a low tumble dry.

The tapestries / wall hangings are beautifully printed on a soft woven fabric perfect for indoor or outdoor use.
The fabric is created from 40% recycled plastic bottles.
The tapestries / wall hangings are made with looped over pockets at the top and bottom. This allows for perfect hanging and stops the sagging that you often see with lower quality tapestries.
For perfect hanging cut a wooden rod to size for the top and bottom. Generally we advise cutting the top rod to be slightly larger than the width of the tapestry. Please wait till you receive your tapestry before doing this as measurements can vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. Any hardware store will cut a wooden rod for you.
For the lower rod cut slightly smaller than the width of the tapestry and insert this to weigh down the tapestry so that it hangs perfectly against the wall.
Once you have inserted your top rod simply affix a couple of small hooks onto the wall (the 3D clear sticking hooks are perfect for this and don't require any hammering) and hey presto your tapestry will sit beautifully.
The tapestries / wall hangings are washable in cold water.
You can play with different lights to give more power and effect to the images.
A normal spotlight will enhance the center of the picture and uplift the colors.
For an amazing effect you can project an LED fading light onto certaintapestries and it will give movement to the image.
All fine art reproductions are created with cutting-edge graphic printers using museum-quality archival inks and media rated to last 200+ years.
Our art prints are created with a satin finish on durable 300g heavyweight photo paper. Combined with the printing methods described above, the subtle luster coating creates an elegant finish that maintains it's beauty over time.
We recommend framing satin photo prints for longevity and proper display.
We also recommend keeping your art print indoors and out of sunlight.
Canvas giclees are created using a 430g heavyweight canvas fabric that is printed and sealed with an acrylic varnish.
You can choose either to order the canvas as a rolled item that you would stretch yourself or if you live in USA you can order the canvas giclees stretched over a 1.5" gallery wrap frame.
Remarkably similar to an original piece of art, canvas giclees offer the opportunity to collect beautiful works at a fraction of the cost of originals.
The Stretched Canvas ships in USA completely assembled with hanging hardware and wall mounting instructions.
Pumayana Yoga Mats are designed to last, with a natural rubber base and an absorbent top layer that is made from recycled plastic bottles. Like our clothing range by purchasing a Pumayana Yoga Mat you are helping to reduce landfill and ocean pollution.
