practising yoga for many, many years. We sought to produce the perfect yoga
mat... and this was no small challenge for our product development team. We
wanted a mat that was natural and eco-friendly. One that doesn't smell. A mat
that feels fantastic when your body comes into contact with it. A mat imbued
with positive vibrations to such an extent that the image reflected from your
mat will help with your intention throughout your practice. We wanted to
produce a thick Yoga Mat that would be perfect for any type of yoga, including

Firstly about the artwork you see on this Mat. The Gates of Atlantis celebrates the magical, super conscious realm. It is full of symbols and sacred geometry. ECO FRIENDLY TOP LAYER MADE FROM RECYCLED PLASTIC

Pumayana Yoga Mats are designed to last, with a natural rubber base and an
absorbent top layer made from recycled plastic bottles. By purchasing a
Pumayana Yoga Mat you are helping to reduce landfill and ocean pollution.
The top layer is non slip meaning you can safely use this yoga mat for any
type of yoga, hot yoga or Pilates.
SUSTAINABLE NATURAL RUBBER
We use natural organic rubber not synthetic. Many yoga mats are made from
synthetic rubber made from the polymerization of petroleum based products.
Our natural organic rubber is made from the latex of rubber trees - in other
words the trees did not have to be cut down, the latex is extracted from
healthy living rubber trees.
FEELS FANTASTIC
The Pumayana Hot Yoga Mat is luxurious to the touch. It literally feels like
velvet but the grip is fantastic and can be increased by spraying water.
FREE 100% COTTON CARRY STRAP
You can transport your Pumayana Yoga Mat with ease with our free cotton
carry strap.
ALL NATURAL MATERIALS
Pumayana Yoga Mats are free from silicone, toxic glues, phthalates, PVC and
Chlorine, which sadly are commonly found in cheaper mass produced yoga
mats. This means there is no funny smell - yay.
WATER BASED INKS
Pumayana Yoga Mats use water based inks to produce the beautiful and
inspiring images you see on the different mats and these colours and images
won't fade.
PERFECT CUSHIONING, SIZE & GRIP
Our unique two layer Eco Yoga Mat is thicker than most mass produced mats
with a 4mm thick natural rubber base and then top absorbent layer. This
provides awesome cushioning and comfort and hot yoga lovers will love the
absorbent top layer that provides great grip even when extra sweaty. 184 X
61cm, perfect for any type of yoga, size of yoga lover or yoga level.
SQUIRT WITH WATER FOR EXTRA GRIP
Our absorbent top layer makes this the perfect hot yoga mat because the
more you sweat the more it will grip. If you want additional grip from the get go
simply squirt the mat with some water and you will have extra grip
instantaneously.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash with soap and water for mild cleaning. Also machine washable on cold
cycle. Hang Dry. Do not put in machine dryer.
